Pe scurt
Sollus is a personal finance tracker with built-in loan, mortgage and credit-card calculators. It is free, works without an account, and keeps your records on your device: this version has no accounts, no cloud sync and nothing to buy. Sollus records what you tell it — it is not a bank, and its insights and forecasts are informational, not financial advice. You own your financial data and can export all of it at any time.

These terms govern your use of the Sollus mobile and web application (Android package com.ivankelesh.moneytracker, and the web version at https://sollus-app.kelesh.dev) and the website at https://sollus.kelesh.dev, all operated by Ivan Kelesh ("we", "us").
By installing or using Sollus, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Sollus is software for keeping track of your own money: recording income and expenses, organising them into accounts and categories, planning upcoming transactions, and presenting summaries, insights and forecasts based on what you have recorded. It can also read the QR code printed on a shop receipt to fill in a transaction for you, covered by section 7, and includes calculators for loans, mortgages and credit cards, covered by section 4.
Sollus works locally. This version has no accounts and no cloud sync — everything you record stays on the device, as section 6 explains.
Sollus is not a bank, a payment service, an investment adviser, an accountant, a tax preparer or a regulated financial institution. It holds no money, moves no money, and has no connection to your bank or card accounts. Every figure it shows comes from information you entered or imported yourself, or that automatic import read from payment notifications on your device.
Automatic import (Android) is optional. It reads the payment notifications your bank and wallet apps already show and suggests them as transactions, or — if you choose automatic adding — records clear purchases for you. Notifications are written by other apps in their own formats, and Sollus can misread one or miss a payment that produced no notification. Suggested and automatically added transactions are your records like any other: review them, correct or undo them, and do not rely on automatic import as a complete record of your accounts. How it handles your data is set out in the privacy policy.
The financial-health score, summaries, spending observations, forecasts, and every figure the Financial Tools calculators produce are informational tools to help you understand your own records and the arithmetic of your own decisions.
They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation to take or refrain from any action. Decisions about your money remain yours, and we would encourage you to consult a qualified professional where a decision matters.
Sollus includes calculators for loans, mortgages and credit cards, together with tools for planning debts you already hold, simulating early repayment and comparing offers. They run entirely on your device and are provided so you can understand the arithmetic of borrowing before you commit to it.
Every figure they produce is an estimate derived from the assumptions you entered. Real lender terms, fees, payment dates, rounding and interest-calculation conventions vary, and the amount a lender actually charges you may differ. Verify any figure with the lender before you sign anything.
Sollus does not retrieve offers from banks, does not know what any lender would offer you, and makes no representation that credit is available to you or on what terms. Where the app shows a published reference index, it names the source and when the value was retrieved; where you entered a number yourself, it says so. A market average is a statistic, not an offer.
Forecasts and trends are estimates. They are calculated from the history you have recorded, and they assume that the future will broadly resemble the past — which it often does not.
They may be incomplete or inaccurate, particularly where your records are partial, where your income is irregular, or where something changes in your circumstances that Sollus has no way of knowing about. We do not promise that any estimate will prove correct, and you should not treat one as a commitment about what you will actually earn or spend.
This version of Sollus has no accounts. There is no sign-in, no registration, and nothing held on our side for you to keep secure — you use the app in full as an anonymous local application.
There is likewise no Cloud Sync. Nothing you record is transmitted to us or shared between devices, and the app behaves identically whether or not you have a connection.
Optional accounts and opt-in synchronisation are planned. When they ship they will be exactly that — optional — and these terms will be updated before any version that offers them is released.
Your financial records are yours. We claim no ownership of the transactions, accounts, categories or notes you create or import, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
Because everything Sollus calculates is derived from what you provide, please review what goes in — particularly after an import. Importers reconstruct data from other applications and file formats as faithfully as they can, but they cannot always reproduce another product's structure exactly, and amounts, currencies, dates and categories are worth checking.
The same applies to a scanned receipt, and rather more so. Sollus reads what the QR code itself contains and shows it to you before anything is saved — it does not contact the shop or any tax authority, and nothing it displays has been confirmed by either. A code may be damaged, may not follow the format we expect, or may simply not carry every field, so a scanned amount, date or receipt number is a starting point for you to check against the paper in your hand, not a verified record.
Scanning uses the camera only while the scanner is open, and no photograph of a receipt is stored, uploaded or retained — see the Privacy Policy, section 7.
Data held only on your device depends on that device and, in the web version, on your browser. Uninstalling the app, clearing storage, or losing the device removes it, and we cannot recover it. Sollus can export a complete backup at any time, and we would strongly encourage you to keep one.
No subscription is sold in this version, so nothing in this section applies to the app you can install today. It describes how billing will work when Premium is released.
Prices will vary by platform, country, currency, applicable taxes and any promotion in effect, and the price that applies to you will be the one the store displays before you confirm. Refunds for store purchases are handled by that store under its own policy and applicable law; we cannot issue them directly, though we will help where we can.
Not applicable to this version, which has neither subscriptions nor accounts. It is kept here because it will matter the moment either ships, and because confusing the two is the most expensive mistake a subscriber can make.
When Premium and accounts are released, cancelling a subscription and deleting your Sollus account will be two separate actions, in two different places, with two different effects. Cancelling stops future charges but removes no data; deleting an account removes data but stops no charges. Doing one will not do the other, and these terms will set out the detail in full before that version ships.
Sollus is a personal finance tracker for your own use. We ask only that you do not:
Sollus relies on a small number of third-party providers to operate: Google Play for distributing the Android app, and Vercel for hosting this website and the web version. The app also requests public reference data — exchange rates, cryptocurrency prices and a published interest-rate index — from the providers named in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to the parts of the service they provide, and an outage on their side can affect Sollus.
The Sollus applications, this website, their source code, design, user interface, graphics, icons, text, and the "Sollus" name and logo are owned by Ivan Kelesh and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a licence to use Sollus; they transfer no ownership.
This does not apply to your financial data, which remains yours in full.
Sollus will keep changing — features are added, improved and occasionally retired. We may update these terms to reflect that, or to meet a legal requirement. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page, and where a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
You can stop using Sollus at any time: delete your account from inside the app, uninstall it, or simply stop opening it. Remember that deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription (section 10).
We may suspend or terminate an account where it is being used to attack or abuse the service, where we are required to by law, or where continuing would expose us or other users to serious risk. Where it is lawful and practical to do so, we will tell you why.
Data kept only on your device is not something we can reach or remove; ending an account affects the account and the data synchronised to it.
Sollus is provided as it is. We work to make it accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every calculation, import or forecast will be correct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data that existed only on your device and was not backed up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, which apply regardless of what this document says.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova.
If you use Sollus as a consumer in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
